Spiritual Life at St. Ignatius

Our parish is dedicated to supporting you in your spiritual journey, and we provide a number of opportunities to grow individually and in community.

As a Jesuit parish animated by and rooted in St. Ignatius's Spiritual Exercises, we seek to provide opportunities to enrich the prayer and spiritual lives of our community members.

St. Ignatius prioritized retreats for the benefit of our Catholic life. By actively separating ourselves from our busy schedules and spending time in silence and prayer, we can better understand the will of God and our relationship with Him.

The Society of Jesus was founded by St. Ignatius because he realized that we all need companions on our spiritual journey.

Our parish can direct you to opportunities for individual spiritual direction and the communal 19th Annotation.

Regular prayer sustains our faith, and St. Ignatius Parish follows our namesake's example in using prayer as a way to become more aware of God's presence in our lives.

We offer prayer groups and resources to use Ignatius's daily Examen prayer.

The Spiritual Life and Ignatian Programs Commission is open to all parishioners and advises and supports the development of spiritual life programs. You are invited to join to assist with retreats or Ignatian programs.
